GRAND THEATRE
A young man. who schemed , to play double in the field of matrimony, but who lived only to find himself a witness to tho foiling of bis ulterior motives, is chiefly concerned in, "The Reckoning," screened at the Grand Theatre on Saturday. In tho main the picture is an illustration of tho futility in many cases of some men who. not being of a. clear , mind on the subjectj endeavour to gratify their selfish ambition as regards marriage, and mislead women to the absolute exclusion of any concern as to what their lives in the future may be. The drama, which is well supported by minor subjects is a Metro production, and has for its star artiste Miss Emmy Wehlen, ■who finds her part well adapted to her branch of histrionics.
