oOTAGO v. TWENTY-EIGHTH REIN- » FORCEMENTS. An interesting gamo should be -witnessed at Carisbrook to-day between an Otago team and members of the Twenty-eighth Reinforcements, who are down on their final leave. The soldiers possess dashing forwards and a fast set of backs, and are expected to put tip a fine exhibition. The Otago teanv though composed of young players, is also expected to give a good account of itself.. Those young players have been playing excellent football, and the Otago team should bo capable of playing a very attractive back game. As half of tho net proceeds will be handed to the Otago Returned Soldiers' Association, the public will be given an opportunity of contributing towards this worthy object, and it is hoped that football followers will turn out to- witness the game.
