(Received J-une 23, at 1-5 a.m.) The _ Evening Standard states that the Committee on Emigration and Empire Settlement lias completed' its report. It will recommend the appointment of an Imperial Emigration Commission, comprising representatives of the Colonial Office, dominions, Local Government Board, and Board of Trade, to superintend the whole of the Empire emigration.
