The Aircraft .Board 'hopes soon to relieve the Allies of the manufacture of all aeroplanes except the speediest type. America plans to manufacture 1000 battleplane engines monthly, also thousands of training aeroplanes for use in Europe and America. Battleplanes capable of doing 110 miles an hour will be used for .bombing and observation purposes on the west front. Mr Wilson supports the request for an aeronautics appropriation l of 600,000.000 dollars.
