LABOUR DELEGATIONS.
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. . PETROGRAD, April 17. Ihe British Labour delegates had a rapturous reception by the Congress of Labour and Soldiers' Committees. The British delegates comprise Messrs Iliorne, OGrady, and Bowerman M Ps Iho British and French Labour deputations had an enthusiastic reception at tho "ate? Workmen s and Soldiers' Delea -> Mr O'Grady, M.P., replying, said that henceforth Britain, and Russia would ffi side by side for the destruction of the x r rT or Thi ft w r ld^ wmiam *«*«- /ol era. The delegates then joined hands and -sang their international song.
