Changeable weather was experienced in Dunedin and the surrouncUng districts yesterday. Until tho afternoon was well "advanced the conditions were pleassmt, but a shower tbout 4 o'clock was followed by a fall in temperature. Several heavy showers (t>ll during Uie ev-eniag, and at an early hour this morning the weather still appeared \o bo unß>.-tticd. Heavy showers st?xtod to fall in Mosgicl shortly before darkness sot in, and continued at "frequent intervals for some time.
