ALLEGED SEDITIOUS INCITING.

RUNANGA VISITOR ARRESTED AT FAIRFIELD. Albert Coleman, a visitor from Runanga, on the' West Coast, was arrested at Fairfield last night by Detective-sergeant Kemp on a charge of inciting to a seditious strike. Coleman, it is t stated, has been visiting Nightcaps and other Southland and' Otago mining centres and addressing the men there in terms that involve a breach of the war regulations. It is probable that Coleman will appear in court this morning.
