TRAVELLERS' REPORTS. AMSTERDAM, April 15. Travellers from Germany,, emphasise- the seriousness of the food situation. The poor in some parts are on the verge of starvation. The Government has not allowed publication of details of the recent riots, which were graver than those of 1916, and indicate a weakening of the nation's morale.
