Australian and N.Z. Cable Association MADRID, April 15. Tho Government denies any modification of Spain's international policy. It declares that the Spanish Note to Germany will be as energetic as circumstances demand.
The Government states that Germany is facilitating Spanish imports from America, provided that any contraband! goods imported remain in, Spain.
