AMSTERDAM, April 12. Dutch frontier reports state that renewed fighting has occurred at Barmen and Elberfeld. Sihops were damaged and the Town Hall windows were smashed. The Vorwarts says that the new regulations, to become operative on April 15, reducing the bread ration, are causing increasing tension. The paper urges the exercise of patience till .the harvest (August).
THE SOCIALISTS. Telegrams. LONDON, April 12. (Received April 13, at 9.50 p.m.) Herr Scheidmann and other German Socialists have gone to Stockholm to get into touch with the Russian Socialists. Secret meetings of German and Russian Socialists have already been held.
