Mails for United Kingdom, Expeditionary Forccs_ abroad, America, and all oversea countries, including Australia, will be despatched from time to timo by the best routo without special notification. Correspondence for all neutral countries is subject to censorship. Money orders for placos within the domion close ono hour before advertised timo of closing letter mails. Money orders for places bbvond the dominion for despatch bv the North or South Express close at 4 p.m. tho provious day. / - Registered mails close one hour before advertised timo of closing ordinary mails.
