Judgment was given for tin; Mosgicl Borough Council (Mr Allan) against tho following defaulting ratepayers:—Peter Meldrum, £3 7s (costs 10s); Jano M'Killop, £42 Is 5d (costs £2 14s>. Judgment was given for plaintiffs in the following caseslt. Howard v. John Keating, £5 10a Id (costs 15s 6d); A. F. Cheyne and Co. v. John Bealo. £2 17s lid (costs 10s): D. M'Auslin v. John Itirkland, £1 12s Gd (costs 9s): same v. Dochorty, 16s 6d (costs ss); D. Williams v. Arch. Gilmour, £14 13s 8d (costs 15s 6d).
