TWELFTH ANNUAL VISIT TO SOUTHLAND.

Mr A. W Martin starts on Wednesday for -- the south. He w ( ill be at the Southland Club Hotel, invercargill, from Thursday, the 22nd inst., till the 20th. On Saturday, the 31st inst., till Wednesday, the 4th April, he \v»ll be at the Southland Private Hqtel, Gore. All sufferers from rupture residing in the neighbourhood of Invercargill _ and. Gore should avail themselves of this only opportunity they will l\ave for at least another 12 months of seeing and being treated by the specialist for their troublesome disease. No man or woman who attaches any value to time can afford to ncglqct the present opportunity of gett.ng complete relief and ultimate permanent cure. The usual policy followed by the newly-ruptured is one of drift. They try one sort of truss after another until their trouble (which is a progressive one) is too advanced to suffer further tampering with. Then, compelled, they seek medical aid, and in all probability the advice they receive is to undergo a severe operation. It is Mr Martin's desire that all should understand that rupture can be immediately relieved and, indeed, absolutely cured bv the Dr J. A. Sherman method of treatment, and that without operation of any kind; and a patient can continue in his usual occupation from the first to the last of the treatment. It is a recommendat:on to all Southland sufferers to make fullest inquiries from ' ex-patients of Mr Martin. They should do this if only to roceive the encouragement which is inevitably and invariably given by all who have benefited at f the specialist's hands. Mr A. W Martin is the 6ole controller of the Dr J. A. Sherman method of curmp rupture in Australasia. His Dunedin address is Samson's Buildings, Dowling street. A booklet on rupture and its treatment sent to sufferers on application.—2l/3/17.
