A. Wheeler suggests the imposition of an annual tax of Is a year on cyclists to provide funds for war purposes. All machines could have numbers attached to tho rear mud-guard or carried in much the same way as in the case of motor cycles—a device which would facilitate the tracing of stolen bicycles. H. \V. Mitchell expresses his pleasure at the decision of tho City Council to do what is urgently required— to repair and extend the Maryhill tramway service.
