The Prize Court reserved judgment on the claim of Commander Boyle, of submarine El 4, for prize money, for sinking in the Sea of Marmora a Turkish gunboat' and a transport carrying 6000 troops, who were all drowned. The Judge pointed out that if troop were inaluded in the reckoning the prize money would be increased from £2000 to £31,000.
