Correspondence for all neutral countries is subject to censorship. Money order* for places within the dcmion cloeo one hour boforo advertised time of closing letter mails. Money orders for placee beyond the dominion for dospatch by tho North or South Express close at 4 p.m. tho previous day. Registered mail« close one hour before advertised time of closing ordinary mails. Book packets, commercial papers, and newspapers olose half an hour beforo tba advertired time o! letter mails.
