CHRISTCHURCH, December 27. Notico of appeal against the sentence of 12 months' imprisonment imposed on Fred. K. Cooke (Socialist .and I,'thourite) for a breach of the War Regulations Act was served upon Superintendent Dwycr to-dav. Mr George Hutchison, cx-M.P.j is acting for tho appellant.
