Money orders for places within the domion close one hour before advertised time of closing letter mails. Money orders for places beyond the dominion for despatch by the North or South Express close at 4 p.m. the previous day. Registered mails close one hour before advertised time of closing ordinary mails. Book packcts, commercial papers, and newspapers close half an hour before the advertised time of letter mails.
