LONDON, August 16 (Received Aug. 17, at 7.15 p.m.) Members of dominions' Parliaments now on a visit to Ureat Britain went to Belfast. At a mayoral luncheon they denied that their visit was intended to dictate to the Irish upon their domestic affairs. They contended that the Imperial Parliament was controlling the affairs of the whole Empire, and would find a solution of the Irish problem.
