At the next meeting of the Drainage Bond the Standing Coinm.ttce will recommend tiiat the city Council, Hajbour Boaid, and University be informed that the woik in connection with the Leith deviation is not complete*!, and acquiring these bodies to see that it is so completed at once in accordance with the drainage engineer s requirements.
