HERALD. —On May 2, at Dunedin, Peter, son of tho late James Herald, and brother of David Herald, Hilderthorpe; aged 60 years.
JOHNSTON—On tho 26th of April, at the Bird road, Stratford, Hugh, beloved husband of the late Margaret Johnston, aged 82 years, late of Woodside, Taicri.
M'GRATH. —On May 2, William M'Grath, husband of Susan M'Grath, of Scacliff; in his eightieth year. Deeply regretted. SIMPSON.—On May 2, at tho residence of Mr J. Brander, Dunback, Alexander Simpson, of Macraes Flat; aged 73 years. Deeply regretted. STEVENSON.—On May 1, at her residence, George street, Isabella Grant, widow of A. C. Stevenson, and voungest daughter of the late Rev. Thomas Burns, D.D. "At rest." Private interment.—Hope and Kinas ton, undertakers.
