The Pappageorge and Yee murders are baffling the police. The Teward in each instance has been increased to £250. An important gathering of'primary producers formed a comprehensive union for safeguarding and developing their interests generally. Charles Wilkes, a well-known resident of Moama, has been fined £100 for making statements likely to prejudice recruiting. April 20. (Received April 21, at 11.50 p.m.) A downpour this afternoon spoilt the holiday, and also the Randwick tracks. Steady rain has set in, and the outlook for the races is not promising.
