, DOUBLE TREACHERY. WASHINGTON, April 11. Hans Schuler; the stowaway spy who held up the steamer Matoppo singlehanded, has confessed to oeing a renegade Englishman named Hudson. The captain of the Matopno has been discovered to be of German birth. The crew were chiefly Chinese.
