FRANCE'S NEW AEROPLANE. FASTER THAN THE FOKKER. PARIS, April 11. The Journal states that France has tested a new aeroplane with a remarkable engine that is much faster than the Fokker machine. Some writers call attention to the recent downing of the Fokkers at Verdun, and suggest that the new machine is responsible for this.
