A SERIOUS DISAGREEMENT. POSITION BECOMING ACUTE. COPENHAGEN, April 11. (Received April 11, at 9.20 p.m.) Messages from Berlin indicate that there is a serious disagreement with Turkey, owing to the recall of Ger= mans from Turkey, The difference is the more acute because Germany has. ceased to send i?oId towards Turkey, and bank notes are valueless.
