BRISBANE, April 10. Speaking at a university function, the Chief Justice of Queensland said that Prance, once regarded as the home of sabotage, and Russia, once regarded as ■wrecked by internal disputes; had entered the "war with unanimity of spirit, whilst in England, the home of freedom, there were dissentients, shirkers, and strikers.
