MR KING O'M ALLEY'S DICTUM. ' t . "STAGGER JUICE AND INEFFICIENCY."
Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MELBOURNE, April 6. Mr King O'Malley, Federal Minister for Home Affairs, has issued a warning to Federal civil servants against liquoring. He declares "stagger juice and efficient public business are absolutely incompatible," and orders the suspension without pay of any employee found • under'the influence of drink or showing any .evidence, of having used it while on duty anddrawing King's pay. His order concludes: " There can be no efficiency without speed, and speed is impossible to brains muddled with whisky." -
