ARREST OF RUA
PARTY RETURNING. WOUNDED MEN AT ROTORUA. * (Per United Piiess Association.) AUCKLAND, April 6. A Star reporter wires: Tho wounded constables arrived at Muripara by motor. Rua and his son, handcuffed together, had to walk through tho bush. Constable Neil has in his body 48 pellets tio bo removed, and Constable Ebbotfc 38 pellets. ROTORUA, April 6. Tho wounded constables reached Rotorua by motor at 5 o'clock this evening from Ruatahuna, whither they wero ablo to rido from Mangapohatu, They are doing remarkably well, and walked from the oars to Nurse Castle's Hospital. Tho main body, with Rua and five other prisoners, marched on foot from Maungapohatu to Ruatahuna, and thence coached to Muripara. These men are expected at Rotorua to-morrow afternoon.
