MINIATURE RIFLE SHOOTING
A very interesting match was fired on Monday night between No. 1 and No. 2 Platoons of the National Reserve. The teams met oh the latter'e range, the conditions being seven shots and a 6ighter. Victory rested with No. 2 Platoon by 8 points'. The following are the scores:— No. 2—Frascr 34, Austin 34, Sligo 3?., Westbrook 32, Ferguson 32, Lister 30, Jacobson 27, Martin 23, Crust 17, Rutherford 14;— total, 275. No. I.—Raines 34, Munro 32, Knidit 31, Captain Melville 28, B. B. Couston 28. Kaye 28, W. Couston 27, Gibson 22, Jacobs 19, Kirkham 18;— total, 267.
