TIME OF DEATH IN QUESTION

(Received Nov. 18, at 10.25 p.m.) The Probate Court has revoked administration to the wife's sister in the case of Mr Baldwin and his wife, who were drowned in the Opawa River. The case turned upon the point of whether the husband had predeceased his wife. The court thought they died simultaneously. .■ Each party is to pay its own costs.
