The Kotaxe is due to arrive at Timaru to-day with a cargo of timber from Waikawa. She will come to Dunedin to-morrow to load for southern ports. "* The Victoria will sail this afternoon for Auckland, via East Coast ports. Mr D. Halloch has joined the Moana aa second engineer in place of Mr Ozamis. The Kaikoura is completing her Homeward loading at Wellington, and will sail at daylight to-morrow for London. The American fourmasted schooner Golden Shore -is duo to leave Puget Sound shortly with a cargo of Oregon timber for Wellington. Mr T. Cargill, chief engineer of the Manuka, had to come ashore at Lyttelton last week owing to illness, and his place was filled by Mr D. M'Caig, late chief of the Pateena. It is probable that the Federal Shire Line's chartered steamer Orari will leave Wellington to-day for Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete the discharge of ber Liverpool cargo. The Corinna is due here on Friday from Wellington, and will leave the same day for northern ports. The Kaiori is due to arrive on Thursday from Westport, _via Lyttelton._ , The Breeze is due to arrive to-morrow morning from Timaru, _ and ' *fll leave tho same day for Wanganui, via way ports. The schooner Wanganni waa sighted off Taiaroa Heads at 8 o'clook last evening. She is laden with a cargo of hardwood piles from Grafton, West Australia, and will probably be berthed to-day. Having cleaned out the Burnside Freezing Works last evening, the Rangatira will leave this morning early for Wellington and Auckland, the latter being her final port of departure for London.
