AUSTRALASIAN WOOL
ARRANGING FOR SHIPPING SPACE. NEW ZEALAND LIKELY TO Blu WELL PROVIDED. PreßS Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, November 9. (Received Nov. 10, at 5.5 p.m). The wool trade is considering the question of tonnage available for the new season's Australian and New Zealand clips. It is believed there will be a fair supply of tonnage for the beginning of the season, but some shortage later on as regards Australia, owing to the wheat demands and America taking up tonnage for direct wool shipments from Australasia. There is no wool soarcity in Britain at present. The trade would welcome the spreading of arrivals over longer periods, as it would ease the financial burden and tend to steady prices.
