GERMAN REINFORCEMENTS.
RENEWED OFFENSIVE EXPECTED.
PARIS, November 8. (Received Nov. 9, at 9.45 p.m.)
Le Matin states that the Germans have brought five army corps from Russia, and a renewed offensive in the west is expected shortly. The Germans are anxious to counterbalance the defeat of September.
