PROPERTY SALE.
At their rooms yesterday Messrs Park, Reynolds (Limited) held a sale- of city freehold property, parts of sections 9 and 10,. block XXVII, containing 17.9 poles, and having a frontage of 37ft to Albany etreet and 9ft to Grange rtreet, together with tho old corner store and house, No. 74 Grange street. Bidding started at £400, and after fair competition Messrs Wood and M'Cormack were declared the purchasers at £550.
