MEETING AT NORTH-EAST VALLEY.
In the North-East Valley Town Hall tonight at 8 o'clock Mr R. S. Black will deliver a lecturetto on his personal experiences with the Belgian sufferers in JSn gland whence he has recently reburned. Mr I. Green will preside, and the meeting, which has been convened by Mrs P. J. Blackman, will deal with the best ways and means of helping the poor sufferers in Belgium.
