SUNDAY SCHOOL ANNIVERSARY
DUNDAS STREET METHODIST CHURCH. The anniversary services in connection with the Dundas Street Methodist Sunday School took plaoe on Sunday. The attendances were large. At the morning servico the preacher was the Rev. E. Drake, who took for his text " The land of hills and valleys." The service in the afternoon was conducted by tho Rev. 11. L. Richards. The church was crowded when tho Rev. W. Greenslade officiated in the evening. TTie trained children's choir, under tho leadership of Mr P. Young, rendered appropriate vocal harmony, which was much appreciated. The orchestra, under Mr Flint, played pleasing accompaniments, ajid a feature of the proceedings was the solo and duet items, given at intervals, in a wellarranged programme by the young people. At the conclusion the New Zealand Anthem was sung. The anniversary celebration will be fittingly terminated by a concert on Wednesday evening.
