SYDNEY, November 21. (Received Nov. 22, at 4.30 p.m.) The Labour Federation has been officially advised that the Maitland miners have unanimously decided, in spite of the heavy fines, to continue their fight against the afternoon shift, and that they are prepared to stay out for 12 months rather than abandon the principle.
