Announcements of Births, Marriages, and Deaths sent by post for publication must bear the signature of our agent, a clergyman, or a J.P. Charge for these, 3s each prepaid, or 4s if booked, when not excelling five lines, and 6d for each line over five. "In Memoriam " notices are inserted at the same rates, but when verses are added an additional charge of Gd per line Is made for each line of space occupied. Notices of Death and Private interment without reference to either time or place of interment; prepaid 5s 6d, booked Gs Gd. Notices of Death and Funeral, either where the funeral notice is a separate advertisement or is part of the death notice; prepaid Bs, booked 9s.
In computing the lines of space to be occupied, advertisers arc notified that they oan reckon six words to the line. All words ovei 30 are, therefore, charged at 6d for each six words.
