At the conclusion of the meeting of the St. Kilda Council last night, the members entertained at supper ex-Councillor Macdonakl, who recently, resigned from the council owing to having been transferred to Invcrcargill. A number of eulogistic speeches wore made regarding , tho work done by Mr Macdonald during the time h<; had been a6snc ; ntrd with the public life of the Hwoush.
