In 3, letter to the press, Sir John Taver ner (Agent-general for Victoria.) recommends the Imperial Government to establish a self-supporting agricultural depot for the training of boys and girls in rutal life in co-operation with the oversea*.' Governments. All those trained in the depot should be sent out separately.
