(Palmerstan North), six Romney Marsh stud ewes averaged £5 Is 6d; On account of the estate of the late John Henson (Feilding), 100 Romney Marsh lambs averaged A»«5 Is lid, while 28 rams averaged £2 5s 9d. Border Leicesters.—On account of Mr John Nixon (Canterbury), 40 rams averaged £5 8s 6d, and 30 ewes averaged to 12s. On account of Mr Joseph Dowthwaite (Waimate), 163 ram lambs averaged £3 12s. sd, and five flock rams £3 13s 6d. On account of Mr.Donald Gray (Timaru), 74 ewes averaged £5 7s.
English Leicesters.—On account of Mr Grant, 25 lamb rams averaged £3 19s 9d, and 65 ewes averaged £3 4s sd. On account of Mr William Nixon, ob rams averaged £4 4s.
Southdowns.—On account of Mr itobert Brewer (Bracknell), six ram lambs averaged £2 2s.
Private Sales.—On account of Mr W. H. Yelland (Dean, Victoria), two Romney Marsh stud rams, at 15gs and lOgs.
A HIGH-PRICED RAM. SYDNEY, July 7. (Received July 8, at 0.45 a.m.) By private" sale, one Boonoke ram changed hands at 1500gs.
