The conditions prevailing in this year's trials were described in the Autocar. February 21, as APPALLING; and in tho Motor, February 17, as "the most strenuous teste ever held." Out of 61 international competitors only 12 FINISHED. The STANDARD 18-h.p. Minerva completed the course without the loss of a single mark, and- now holds tho Cup absolutely. S. R.
