Amongst these is one from the Silver Telluridc Reefs, on the Ohinemuri Company's ground at Silverstream, on tho Hatiraki Peninsula. The Government of Mines Department is very particular about their exhibit* for the Panama Exhibition, and arc taking ore from only those mines which are proved. As TcJkiride is one of the rarest forms of reef to be found in tho world, it is a irattcr en which New Zealand may congratulate herself that these valuable reefs have been discovered here, and , have so attracted tho attention of the Mines Department as to cause thorn to send samples to the Panama Exhibition. The Ohinemuri Company's Prospectus is before the public now, and an abridged copy will appear in to-morrow's issue of this paper.—Advt.
