The closing scene in connection -with the Salvation Army Congress took place at the - wharf yesterday evening, when 40 delegates bound for the London International Congress embaTked on the Manuka. A crowd was present, to see the dele- . gatee off, and appropriate sacred songs, such as "God will take care of you", were given, and just before ■ 6 o'clock the vessel pulled out. . Commissioner Richards and two other leading officers leave later in the Niagara.
