The Westland Competitions Society has' appointed Miss O. E. Burton judge of tho elocutionary secuon at the society s Competitions to be held m March, in place of Mr A. H. II a nan, M.P. for Invercargill, arrived at Dunedin last night, and proceeds cofth this morning, en route to Wclliaetaa.
