EXTRADITION PROCEEDINGS,

WASHINGTON, December 2. -■ Ex-President Zehya has agreed to return to Barcelona after transacting the business which brought him to the United States.
The Nicaraguan Minister has therefore telegraphed his Government asking for the cancellation of the extradition proceedings on the basis of an agreement that Zelaya undertakes not to meddle in Nicaraguan affairs while he remains in the United States.
