OTTAWA, November 6.
The members of the Cabinet decline to discuss Lord Haldane's suggestion for.an Imperial movable Privy Council. They agree, however, that the schejile answers the criticisms arising occasionally that Canada's taking cases to England is very costly. It is pointed out, however, that the court might interfere with the work of the Canadian Supreme Court.
