LONDON, November 5.
The British Labour delegate (Mr Gosling) and his colleagues have returned to London without effecting a settlement of the Dublin strike.
The dismissal of a dozen carters for refusing to handle free labour goods ill Dublin has led to a sympathetic strike, affecting 160 men.
