A Turkish Note to the Powers denies raising the question of the iEgean Islands with Greece, and declares that Turkey is desirous of teaching an understanding with regard to the matter of nationality on the basis of the Bulgarian understanding with Turkey and Greece.
The Note also agrees to mutual demobilization. '
