The nominal value is 38s to 38s 6d. Tiiero are small supplies of New Zealand which bring 36e.

The Hour market is steady. Australian patents on passage are freely offered at 25s 9d c.i.f. Buyers are scarce. Oats: There is smflll business. Old A Gartons, 23s to 245; sparrowbills, 22s 6d to 23s 6d. Beans are neglccted. Tbero are a few spot sales at 35s to 35s 6d. Peas are firm. No, 1 Maples, spot 44s to 45s 6d. The butter market i 6 dull, and there is a slightly easier tendency. Prices are unchanged pending iho arrival of the new Victorian shipments. Bacon is flat. Australian, 68s.
